• Apporter des conseils juridiques sur diverses questions juridiques, notamment : divers accords commerciaux locaux et internationaux, la gouvernance d'entreprise, le financement d'entreprise, la propriété intellectuelle / les licences et les structures d'entreprise ;
• Examiner des accords commerciaux complexes et assurer un soutien en matière de négociations contractuelles ;
• Dispenser des conseils sur les transactions d'entreprise, telles que les fusions et acquisitions, les joint-ventures et diverses initiatives stratégiques ;
• Soutenir le département de la sécurité et de la conformité ;
• Superviser et jouer le rôle intermédiaire avec les conseiller.e.s juridiques externes, le cas échéant ;

Qualifications :

La personne idéale doit avoir/être :

• Un diplôme en droit d'une école de droit accréditée et être membre en règle d'un barreau provincial canadien ;
• Une expérience juridique pertinente de 2 à 5 ans au sein d'un cabinet d'avocat.e.s bien établi ou au sein d'une entreprise, avec une expertise acquise en matière d'accords et de transactions commerciales .
• Une expertise dans le domaine de la haute technologie, de la défense ou de l'aérospatiale serait considérée comme un atout ;
• Un sens aigu des affaires et une capacité à gérer efficacement des priorités multiples ;
• De solides compétences en matière de communication, d'analyse et de relations interpersonnelles ;
• D'excellentes capacités de résolution des problèmes, en mode solutions et avec un grand souci du détail ;
• Une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à collaborer au sein d'une équipe.
