Explain your narrow-minded missive.

He probably has no clue and his answer is typical of an ignorant. He'd be surprised to hear that counsels in Africa in the private sector earn perhaps 3 to 4 times more than a counsel in Quebec, plus advantages and the rest. All of which is tax free. The quality of life is by far better than the one in Quebec. I know it because I'm there.

Sure it is; if you don't mind living in a shack.
BTW, my comment is directed at the political corruption, disparities between social classes and lack of democracy which, unfortunately, is still prevalent in Africa. I know since it is very difficult for companies to get financing in Africa unless they consist of western companies. I meant no disrespect towards Africans.

1) Political corruption: Are you sure that the situation in Africa is worse that in Québec, France or the US of A? By the way, who corrupts the Africans if not Westerners? I work in Africa. I was telling the most important road builder in one country of the way things are done here in Québec, especially with the "extras". He could not believe it! In his country, you need Parliament to pass a law for any "extra" over 10% of the agreed upon price. It has not been done in years.
2) Disparities between social classes: wake up and smell the coffee. The middle class is disappearing throughout the Western world. One of six americans lives in poverty.
3) Lack of financing: You are right. Canadian banks like to finance Canadian companies. And French banks like to finance French companies. African banks do not have the means to finance African companies.
You are being disrecpectful.
