il y a 7 ansLet me get this right, the guy was overcharged 96 cents. Man, talk about fighting over nickels and dimes! These people who move to the burbs make me laugh. They buy discounted homes that they normally couldn't afford in the city, then they complain about traffic and how crappy the infrastructure is. Get an apartment in the city if you want to work in the city.

Oh...and it says that the peak hour rate is on business days from
AM - 06:00 to 09:00
PM - 15:01 to 18:00
Not driven over the bridge but I can't imagine there isn't a sign specifying these rates somewhere which is clearly visible to drivers.
Best of luck with this action, which strikes as "US style" class-action litigation where they are hoping some inatentive judge authorizes the suit and then they can settle out of court as quickly as possible (after, of course, building up their class to include every driver who has ever crossed over the bridge).

il y a 7 ansIf lawyers want to start using U.S. style tactics to build a name for themselves there are much more important social issues they can tackle. Can you imagine how many people bought a certain brand of razor expecting the closest shave ever, only to find out that they had closer shaves. Or those people who buy a brand of toothpaste thinking that it was recommended by 4 out of 5 dentists and later find out that their personal dentist never participated in such a survey. It's a sick world and real good can come from these law suits.
